When submitting a complaint regarding Ayvens' performance of its obligations under the contract in question, the Client should indicate their details: date and number of contract, the content of the complaint and, if applicable, propose a way to resolve it.
If the Client does not agree with the proposed solution to the complaint, he can raise objections which will be considered by Ayvens. If the final resolution of the complaint is not satisfactory, the Client has the right to appeal:
Referral to the Court of Common Pleas
The Client may bring an action against Ayvens before the competent District Court or District Court (for cases with a value in dispute exceeding 100,000 PLN) according to: a. the jurisdiction specified in the content of the contract, b. the general jurisdiction of the defendant's registered office, c. the place of performance of the contract.
Please be informed that Consumer Ombudsmen provide free assistance to Consumers in disputes with entrepreneurs; consequently, a Consumer may turn to an Ombudsman for assistance in resolving a dispute.
