• Contact your Account Manager or Customer Service
• Return a car after the contract expires – return points will be closed on this day, and it will not be possible to order a car pickup from a location specified by the customer on this day.

Our used car showrooms in Warsaw and Krakow and the Outlet in Łajski will also be closed.

The following services will remain available:

• Roadside assistance
• The possibility of scheduling service appointments
• The Customer Portal and services available at www.ayvens.com

Workshops and Assistance operators have all the necessary information to ensure efficient service during our absence. However, for your convenience, we recommend that you avoid scheduling service appointments on that day.
